Shipment Instructions

Ordered Items are generally dispatched within 3-5 Working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FEDEX/DHL/Aramex/Singapore Post/Other Couriers.
Most of the time with tracking facility, Except the customer has requested us the courier of their choice.
FEDEX/DHL/UPS/TNT/ARAMEX/Other Couriers shipment choice you make, we will provide you Air Way Bill Number to track your package online.
Shipping fees includes only Freight Charges and do not cover any other charges.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are ample sized and your items are well-protected.

Special Instructions:
Check the condition and quantity of the products delivered and advise the deliverer of any missing or damaged products immediately on receipt.
Krishna Enterprise Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any missing or damaged products unless noted on the delivery receipt.
The absence of written notification by the Customer on the delivery receipt shall be deemed to be delivery of the full order in good condition.

Additioanl Terms for Overseas Customers:
Prices indicated on our website are exclusive of Freight Charges, Destination Countries Duties, Taxes, Handling Charges, storage, levies and other charges applied by delivery/ courier company and applied by destination countries Government, Which must be borne by Buyer.
If the Customer fails or refuses to pay such Destination Countries Duties, Taxes, Handling Charges, storage, levies and other charges or to clear the Products through Customs then the Products are deemed to have been delivered. when Krishna Shoppe has dispatched the Products.
If customs at the destination country access/impose the different value (than indicated on our invoice) for duties and taxes, In this case customer is fully responsible to clear this matter. We do not take any kind of responsibillity.
If customs at the destination country reject the incoming shipment due to any reason then customer is fully liable for all the return, Expenses, other losses. In this case, order can not be cancelled at all and customer has to provide alternate solution for this matter and settle the losses incured for the return shipment.

Krishna Ent. insures the Products against loss or damage during delivery except that delivery to a PO BOX may be not covered by Krishna Shoppe's insurance
There is limited Insurance and or There will be no insurance coverage by our Insurance Agent for certain countries,
Which We will inform you in advance before we dispatch the goods and thereafter we are mot liable for any matter once we dispatched the goods.

We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the Singapore or to the Specific Destination, based on manufacturer restrictions
Delivery may not available to P.O. Box Addresses
We ship worldwide (except some restricted countries, Please check with us).
For shipments to certain countries, the maximum order value restrictions may apply per shipment. We are not responsible for your destination country's restrictions, Please check with your local Govt. agencies before you order with us. our liability is over once we dispatch the goods to you.
For International shipment dispatch and delivery timings may be longer
Delivery of Products shall be deemed complete when Krishna Ent. gives possession of the Products directly to the Customer or possession of the Products is given to a carrier, courier, or other bailee for purposes of transmission to the Customer.
If the Customer fails or refuses to take or accept delivery then the Products are deemed to have been delivered when Krishna Ent. was willing to deliver them.
If customer do not respond or accept the international shipments within shipping agents time frame, In this case we reserve the rights to ask our shipping agent to return or destroy(to avoid return Charges) the shipment at customers risk.
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable,
We reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and other charges/all expenses incurred by us, and charge the customer the cost we incured related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
When you are appointing your forwarder, please make sure to insure the cargo to avoide loss from transit damage or any missing items/goods.
For Return shipment with any kind of reason, There will be no claim of Payment refund entertain,
You have to settle the Total Loss incured to us for the return shipment and You have to provide alternate solutions or you have to pay us reshipping charges.
In these cases there will be no Payment refunds at all.

If you do not agree with these above delivery terms then please do not proceed with your orders.

Placing your Order means you are accepting all of our terms, conditions mentioned on our website
